Divorce/Adultery
Divorce is legal in Tunisia, and shall only take place in court. Divorces are granted to both husbands and wives, “at the will of the husband or at the request of the wife”. If the fault for the divorce lies with the husband, the wife is said to be “wrongfully” divorced, and may be awarded Mut’ah – lump sum or monthly payments (like maintenance). Trafficking
Tunisia is a major transit for trafficking of women and children from Africa to Europe for prostitution and domestic labor. Tunisia is a site of commercial sex tourism as well. The corruption of Tunisia’s government contributes to the problem, as many officials and police officers are involved in the trafficking, even though prostitution is illegal in Tunisia. This is just shameful, but not surprising given your nation-wide worship of the great pedophile, Muhammad.
Abortion
There are no restriction on the reason a Tunisian woman can murder her unborn child. Abortion is legal on demand and is a right for Tunisian women, provided the murder is performed by a qualified practitioner, during the first 3 months of pregnancy. After that, it may be performed if the pregnancy is life-threatening for the mother, or if the baby is likely to be born handicapped or with a serious illness. These whores think they can control God’s judgment by killing the baby! Unreal!! Abortion is murder, and it always will be!! God said Thou Shalt Not Kill! Homosexuality
Pursuant to Article 230 of the Penal Code of 1913 (modified in 1964), sodomy between consenting adults is a crime, punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment. However – there is ALWAYS a however – fags have a “degree of freedom” in Tunisia, including numerous gay sex workers. Further, in the capital, Tunis, Avenue Bourguiba is known as a “gay cruising spot”. According to a fag website, “Tunisia is by far the most open and liberated Arab society towards homosexuality”, and “the vast majority of Tunisians are straight, but indulge in occasional homosexual relations especially with foreigners”.
