December 18, 2009 - Two buses collided head-on, killing 19 and injuring about 40.

November 11, 2009 - Floods and landslides killed at least 20 and left 10 missing.

August 7, 2009 - Bus crash in Singida killed 10, injured 36.

July 27, 2009 - Bus crashed into a truck, killing 28.

March 29, 2009 - Rear end collision in Gulwe - Igandu section (Mpwapwa district), killing dozens of passengers and injuring many others.  Equipment breakdown and culpability.
