Here is a definition of what the Constituent Assembly in Nepal is (taken from www.wikipedia.com): 

The Nepalese Constituent Assembly is a body of 601 members formed as a result of an election that was held on April 10, 2008. The Constituent Assembly is tasked with writing a new constitution, and it will act as the interim legislature for a term of two years. 240 members were elected in a direct vote in constituencies, 335 were elected through proportional representation, and the remaining 26 seats were reserved for nominated members.
That’s right; you have a fag that was elected into this body that has been given the privilege of writing a new constitution.  Have we mentioned that Nepal is doomed?  Well it is!
