Divorce/Adultery
Divorce is one of two ways to legally end a marriage in Laos – the other being the dissolution of a null marriage. It does not matter what you call it, the result is the same; you are putting asunder what God has joined together in violation of scripture. Mt 19:6 - Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Mr 10:9 - What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Further, the divorce law lists as the first reason a husband or wife may ask for a divorce the sin of adultery. Then, the law goes on to provide for a divorced person to re-marry. HELLO!! That IS ADULTERY! (Ex 20:14 - Thou shalt not commit adultery. Le 20:10 - And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. De 5:18 - Neither shalt thou commit adultery. Pr 6:32 - But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul. Mr 10:11 - And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. Mr 10:12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.) God Hates Adultery!
Abortion
In Laos, abortion is illegal except in extreme cases. WTFreak does that mean? (Well, the government was recently faced with deciding this issue, sort of. Seems a young woman was arrested last summer with over half a kilogram of Heroin, and sentenced to death by firing squad. Ooops! She turned up pregnant [note: she wasn’t pregnant when she was arrested]. Now, what to do – kill the woman and the baby? Remember abortion is illegal except in extreme cases! So, the debate began – is this an extreme case or not? I mean the woman brought Heroin into Laos for God’s sake! If they don’t kill her, there will be a rash of pregnant women bringing drugs into the country!! Thankfully, cooler heads prevailed, and they decided to wait and kill her after the baby is born.) But, we still don’t know what an extreme case would be for justifying the murder of an unborn child. There is no justification, you dolts! Abortion is murder and it always will be. God said Thou Shalt Not Kill! (Ex. 20:13 - Thou shalt not kill.; De 5:17 - Thou shalt not kill; Mt 5:21 - Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment.) God Hates Abortion!!
Prostitution
Sex workers, tourists and government officials all acknowledge that prostitution is a growing concern in Laos. The government says the issue is beyond their control because “how can you rein in sexual urge?” You have the duty to! Young boys and girls from poor families prostitute so they can afford luxuries like cell phones and cars, not because they need money to eat. UGH! You people are just filthy whores! (Pr. 5: 3 - For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: 4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword. 5 Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.)
Homosexuality
Homosexuality is legal in Laos, which is reported to be one of the most tolerant communist states. Apparently, fags are tolerated more than dykes though. According to a local transvestite, most of the males do not have any hang-ups about having sex with another male. Tourists rave about the young men who sell their bodies for a fee to fag tourists. Laos is just a modern day Sodom, and will meet Sodom’s end. (Ge 18: 20 - And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; Ge 19: 24 ¶ Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; 25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. . . . 28 And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace. La 4:6 For the punishment of the iniquity of the daughter of my people is greater than the punishment of the sin of Sodom, that was overthrown as in a moment, and no hands stayed on her.
