India has laws that specifically address homosexuality that was put in place
when the British government ruled that area of the world.
Statute Section 377 1860 “Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against
the order of nature with any man, woman or animal shall be punished with
imprisonment which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.”
That looks like a pretty legitimate statute wouldn’t you say? However,
in the last twenty years there have been no convictions for homosexual relations
in India.
What good is a law if you aren’t going to enforce it? The answer is it
does no good, why even have it on the books if you aren’t going to obey.
If you can’t obey man’s laws then you will NEVER obey God’s law.
1Sa 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings
and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better
than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
1Sa 12:15 But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against
the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you,
as it was against your fathers.
On June 30, 2008, Indian labor minister Oscar Fernandes backed calls for
decriminalization of consensual gay sex, and the Prime Minister Manmohan
Singh called for greater tolerance towards homosexuals.
Finally, on July 2, 2009, a ruling by the Delhi High Court was set decriminalising homosexuality. "The judgement overturns a 149-year-old colonial law which described a same-sex relationship as an "unnatural offence".
Constitution gives “right to freedom” and “right to freedom of religion,”
covered in Articles 25, 26, 27 and 28, provides religious
freedom to all citizens of India.
Under Indian Penal Code 1860 153-A, 295-A & 298 make so-called “hate
speech” unlawful, categorizing hate speech as:
- “Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race,
place of birth, residence, language, etc. and doing acts prejudicial to
maintenance of harmony.”
- “Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings
of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.”
- “Uttering words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings.”
They try to make the law of God a form of hate speech, when man is commanded
to: “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the
person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness
shalt thou judge thy neighbour.” (Leviticus 19:15) Discern between good and
evil, my slurpee lovers, and stop worrying about whether or not you’re going
to offend someone (insert whiny faggy voice). India’s form of “hate
speech” is true Bible preaching. How can you be more tolerant of homosexuals
when you don’t let preachers preach the truth?
India = Sodom
Jeremiah 15:19 “Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return, then will
I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth
the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto
thee; but return not thou unto them.”
