The Czech Republic, along with Estonia, has one of the least religious populations in all of Europe. According to the 2001 census, 59% of the country is agnostic, atheist or non-believer, 26.8% is Roman Catholic and 2.5% is Protestant. According to the most recent Eurobarometer Poll in 2005, 19% of Czech citizens responded that "they believe there is a God" (the second lowest rate among European Union countries after Estonia with 16%), whereas 50% answered that "they believe there is some sort of spirit or life force" and 30% said that "they do not believe there is any sort of spirit, God or life force".

Christianity first came to this region in A.D. 863 by two fellows named Constantine and Methodius who were natives of Thessalonica, a city where Gospel light was abundant due to the church of the Lord Jesus Christ that was established by Paul and the other apostles. At this time, the Bible was translated into a Slavic language that locals could read and understand. Since that time (if not beforehand), this entire region, that is now known as the Czech Republic, has been without excuse about knowing the standards of God and what their duty is to every creature whereof Jesus Christ commanded us, to wit:

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Most of the Czech Republic now call God a liar or else say that He does not exist. God will not stay His hand from taking vengeance on those who slander His Word and mock His messangers.

Malachi 2:17 Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?

Holidays

There are several holidays and traditions that they Czech people follow. Of course, they participate in the pagan Christmas holiday, including a separate holiday on the 5th of December to remind them that it is almost time for them to engage in their sinful festivities and to worship the big fat man in the red suit. Their holidays are similar to those that doomed america celebrate: worshipping and honoring men over the God that created them, worshipping their defiled lusts for one another, celebrating superstitions about witches controlling the weather, you name it! God hates their traditions and their celebrations!

Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
