God's Wrath Revealed Against Cuba

Cuba is an island about the size of Pennsylvania that sits in the Atlantic Ocean, south of Florida.  God placed her there so he could beat the tar out of her regularly with hurricanes and tropical storms for His glory.  God made Cuba to destroy Cuba!!  Since 2000, Cuba has been hit every year by major hurricanes – killing thousands of people and causing millions in property damage.  Cuba gives the glory to Mother Nature and refuses to acknowledge the sovereign mercy of God who has not to this date wiped Cuba off the face of this earth. 

In addition, Cuba has had 3 major train crashes in the last decade – December, 2002, October, 2007, and February, 2009.  Again, not a word uttered in the aftermath of these events about the mercy of God or being thankful that they were not all killed.

And, on October 19, 2009, Marco Rubio (Republican running for the U.S. Senate in Florida) suggested that Fidel Castro has been the worst man-made disaster Cuba has ever experienced because of what he has done to the Cuban people for the last 5 decades.  He makes a good point (see Poster Children for Sin section for more information on Fidel Castro).  When God has determined to destroy a people, He sets over them the basest of men.  (Da 4:17 - This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.)  Fidel Castro certainly meets this description, and has a lot to answer for when he stands before the Judgment Seat.

Finally, the average monthly salary in Cuba is $17.00.  The people are living way below poverty, and are surviving off what international aid the government will allow into the country.  God has irreversibly cursed Cuba and there is no hope for her people.
