Hissene Habre – Former Chadian President.  Mr. Habre has been under house arrest for his various crimes against his countrymen since 2000.  He is accused of killing thousands for political reasons during his 8 years in office.  There are 12,000 victims identified so far, with about 10% of them dying while detained.  God has punished Chad by giving you this monster to rule over you, and God will require your blood at Habre’s hands very soon now.

Idriss Deby Itno – President of Chad.  One could argue he is not as bad as his predecessor, but that is little consulation.  President Itno was ranked 17th on Parade Magazines 2009 World’s Worst Dictator list.  And, in October of 2006, Chad was placed on the top of the list of the world’s most corrupt nations by Forbes Magazine.  He is a terrible political leader, and a filthy adulterous Muslim to boot.  He has been married several times (at least 4) and has at least a dozen children.  He has taught Chadians to sin against their God in every possible way; God will repay him fully to his face.
