Belgium’s government is a federal parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarchy.  The head of state is King Albert II (since 1993), and the head of government is Prime Minister Yves Leterme (since 2008).  The previous Prime Minister, Guy Verhofstadt of the Liberal Party, led the government to pass extremely liberal social policies, including legalizing same-sex marriage, euthanasia and partial decriminalization of marijuana.  The King’s job is to designate the Prime Minister and help form his cabinet.  He is to blame for appointing the fag-enabling Verhofstadt, and is responsible for all of this anti-God policies.

In addition to these government leaders, there is the Belgian Parliament with a Senate and House of Representatives, consisting of 150 elected members.  The division of powers in Belgium is much like that of the United States of Doomed america.  Belgium also has 25 seats in the European Parliament; their former Prime Minister, Herman Van Rompuy, was appointed President of the European Council in November 2009, and took that post on January 1, 2010.  This should make it easier for Belgium to lead the world to hell!!
